Q#2: New technologies are being introduced every year. Which technologies excite you most? What is your advice to the Proddatur Candidates for adopting them?
Lakshmi Sravanthi: Microsoft Technologies

Q#3: Your valuable advice or suggestion to the candidates who are searching for jobs?
Lakshmi Sravanthi: That depends on their own skills sets and talents and Market conditions. If further needed i can suggest them directly based on their interest and qualifications

Q#4: Can you describe few words about your hometown (Proddatur)?
Lakshmi Sravanthi: Its none other than Proddatur City, and no other town can be called as City in this State.

Q#5: What's your favorite dish to take in Proddatur?
Lakshmi Sravanthi: One is Sukur Biryani, One is Dosa in Shashikala hotel, "Ponganalu" at sri Ramualpet street , Mirchi Bajjis near old Market, Cakes at Priya Bakery.

Q#6: Can you please let us know one habit that has contributed most to your professional success?
Lakshmi Sravanthi: Self Motivation and Leadership traits

Hi Editor, Appreciate your initiation to wards this blog. I would like see more questions, related their work experience, achievements and where they are working at present. So we can recognize them easily and their contribution towards society. More important is introduction, it should be at least 5 to 10 lines. Is it making sense to all?

Thank you for your valuable suggestions here and to my career always.

Here I go with some of my other details which are not published here:

I have started my IT career st Softpro Systems Ltd.,(Now it is renamed as Softpro Global TechinologieS) as Trainee and now its almost 2 years comeplted working in the same great Oragnization.

Initially i was already trained in Java and J2EE Technologies but as per the organization requirements i jumped to Microsoft Technologies(DotNet Framework). Initially faced challenges in working in development part of a New project.

I had parallely learning the new technology(MS Dotnet 2005) which is totally unknown environment and working on the project on the same technology. Ony continous motivation and suport from our seniors helped me to successfully execute all my modules.

I was very actively participated in Cultural activities too. Being first in organising all the evnets, i tried my level best to compelte the events successfully.

I introduced the earlier custom to cut cake and celebrate each employee Birthday. And I also been Inititated to start up Learning Evnets and Seminars to develop Employees tech skills and communicaton by conducting Seminars as e-Learning sessions.

And coming to my personal habits, I am learning Kuchipudi Dance from past 6 months.(It has been my dream to be a classical dancer from childhood).

I use to visit "GO(Cow) Seva Sadan" often in my weekends.It is the place where orphan and age old Cows and brought at one place and take care of them. Mostly North Indian people regualrly visit as they believe and worship cow as God.Any one can feed those cows by getting them Banans, Leaves, Grass and Cucumbers from Markets and which are also available at the same place for sale. I request People at Hyderabad to Visit this palce once. It is located at Bala Nagar area and also Near IAS study Circle, Lower Tank Bund Road.

Thats all I can give some more details about me.

People has to involve in any of the social serice activities too by planting Trees, Question any fraudulent Activites in any Government organizations or ask for any information from any Government Officials by utilising the most powerfull weapon, RTI - Right To Information Act(Visit http://rti.gov.in/ and http://righttoinformation.gov.in/ and http://bhumi.in/rti_bhumi.htm for more details), and Work with any NGO for better Society and for OUR Better Tomorrow.
