Meet the Proddatur IT Professionals: Mr. Ramesh Lavanuru.

Dear Blog Readers,

This week, I’m going to introduce Mr. Ramesh Lavnuru (one of my best friends from schooling) to this blog. Here we go with Questions and Answers.


Q#1: Hi Ramesh, on behalf of the "Proddatur IT Professional" blog readers we are pleased to have you today as our Proddatur Professional. Please tell us something about you, education, and your background and professional experience.

Ramesh Lavanuru: Hello, I am working as a Software Engineer for Oracle Corporation, Hyderabad, India. I have completed my B.Tech in Computer Science from BVRIT, Hyderabad. My hobbies are painting, listening music, and watching movies.

Q#2: New technologies are being introduced every year. Which technologies excite you most? What is your advice to the Proddatur Candidates for adopting them?

Ramesh Lavanuru: As all of us know, the latest cutting edge software technologies are being used everywhere in order to smoothen and fasten the business process of the organizations. As per me, I like the Oracle E-Business Suite Technology, because I have been involved in product development of Oracle E-Business Suite as a Technical Consultant. This Oracle EBS is a completely Business Software. Currently, I'm working on new version of Oracle EBS i.e R12. Very soon, the new technology Fusion gonna be released. Fusion is Oracle's vision for next-generation enterprise technologies, applications, and services to revolutionize business.
I love to work on Oracle Applications a lot !!!

Q#3: Your valuable advice or suggestion to the candidates who are searching for jobs?

Ramesh Lavanuru:
Acquire the skills and stuff that which market is looking for !
So many people are striving to acquire but they fail to get, because there might be so many reasons. Few of them only reach their goals by acquiring skills , because there may be no more reasons and excuses. My advice to the folks is choose a technology for which suites you and helps you in your career. You put the maximum efforts as much as you can. Then obviously we will become Good Experts.

Q#4: Can you describe few words about your hometown (Proddatur)?

Ramesh Lavanuru: India itself is a great country in the world. AP is a great state in India. Rayalaseema is great in AP. Kadapa District is great in Rayalaseema. Proddatur is great in Kadapa District.
Ha ha ha ……….!

Apart from this Proddatur is famous for Gold, cloth business, education, and festival celbrations like Dasara,Divali, Ramadan, Bakrid, and so on ...
Q#5: What's your favorite dish you prefer to take in Proddatur?

Ramesh Lavanuru: Erragadda karam Dosa and Borugula Mixture opp Priya bakery and Kunda biriyani.

Q#6: Would you like to talk about your school?
Ramesh Lavanuru: Yes , I did my schooling from the SKCVS (Sri Kasetti Chinna Venkata Subbaiah) High School , Mydukur road, It's one of the best and worthful schools in the Proddatur. We had so many class rooms and huge play grounds. During my schooling I enjoyed a lot in my school apart from studies.

Q#7 What are the few latest developments in Proddatur, you came across?

Ramesh Lavanuru: As I noticed a large bridge constructed over the Penna River between Proddatur and Yerraguntla. Its so nice and very useful construction.
(Edited: Corrected the typo and name of the river from Krishna Channel to Penna River)

Q#8: Can you please let us know one habit that has contributed most to your professional success?

Ramesh Lavanuru: Dedication + Hard Work + Smart Work+ Confidence..

Q#9: Your opinion and suggestion about this blog, do you have any suggestion on how we develop the "Proddatur IT Professional" blog effectively with more Good stuff.

Ramesh Lavanuru: Thanks to blog editor for giving me this opportunity to share my feelings and views with "Proddatur IT Professional" Blog.
I think, it's good to publish some more news regarding the new technologies, versions, providing the useful URLs…

Hi Ramesh,

Nice to see ur interview. Guys Ramesh really a hard worker, I know him very closely.

If I'm not wrong, the bridge is constructed on Penna River not Krishna channel. Is it same calling as Krishna channel ?
